Here’s another unposed Saturday morning photo of Marina feeding Nyusha from a couple of days ago.

The latest photo from my long-running collaboration with Sarah. I have a whole series of images in my head (they’ve been in my head for a long time now) that this is a part of. Now all I need to do is get out there and shoot them.

I haven’t posted here anything for a while. I guess mostly because I was too lazy or might be because I’ve been mostly using my iphone to take photos. I’ll try to change that if our daughter Nyusha allows me.

Last week I did a test shoot with Andrea, a SF local, and Crystal, who was visiting from Hong Kong, where she writes for Harper’s Bazaar. This is one of the looks.

I’m going to keep going for a little while with pictures from the first couple of days of Nyusha’s life. I shot a total of 3 rolls of film while we were at the hospital and got a surprising number of photos I’m happy wihth. I’m (obviously) not going to post all of ‘em here lest they take over this website, but here’s another one and there will likely be a few more following it.

On this one, she’s already something like a day old, relaxing after a morning meal.
